Advanced Felling - Pine Tree Lumber

Course Content: 
Instructors will discuss and demonstrate handling difficult felling situations, leaners, hazard trees, operating around power lines, and using mechanized equipment to get trees down or process wind falls.

    • chainsaw     
    • hard hat
    • ear protection     
    • chaps
    • safety boots     
    • eye protection

You must be at least 18 years old and have significant chainsaw experience in order to participate.

PLP Credits: 8.0   SAF Credits: 6.0 Category 2

This health screening on the day the participant will be attending an event.  Your participation is mandatory in order to protect yourself and your fellow participants.
