Estate planning and land protection can be an important part of a landowner’s woodland stewardship. This session will use the publication Protecting your Legacy: A New Hampshire landowner's guide to conservation-based estate planning. We will cover the relationship between your forest management plan and estate planning; involving family in estate planning; common conservation options, and the role and responsibility of land trusts.
