Tornado Relief Efforts - updated 12/09/08 9:10 a..m .
Thank you to all of the people, professional loggers, foresters, and landowners that helped with the Tornado Relief Efforts. An amazing job done by everyone involved.
NHTOA members as well as other members of New Hampshire's forest community are working to offer assistance to people affected by the recent tornado. If you have trees that are damaged, please consider a licensed forester or a certified logger to evaluate and possibly remove the damage with the proper safety equipment. It is important to slow down, look carefully into resources, and get the proper help and equipment. Please remember, Safety First!
Click here for a listing of the most recent stumpage prices from the Timber Crier Market Pulse . Please note that the actual prices for wood depends on quality/grade of the wood. Please consult your county forester or certified logger for more information about the quality/grade of your timber.
